Items and delivery details must be considered 'Standard' to be included in the Fast Pass where no additional charges apply.
Standard Items:
Each item must be under 175lbs or lower cost in our delivery price sheet than $150/item. Items must be accessible within the allocated 4 hour delivery window provided. Items must be dis-assembly or light dis-assembled in order to move safely.
Standard Delivery Details:
Each delivery includes 1 pickup and 1 drop off location. The locations must be local to the territory being booked and/or within 50kms. Delivery can include items moved from inside home to inside home of each location, one storey per location at a maximum. Light disassembly may be included under 5 minutes, without specialty tools in order to manuever items safely (couch legs or table tops). Reassembly may or may not completed under standard.
Booking scheduled in accordance to our Standard Scheduling Guidelines permits booking preference to the most efficient route on a first come first serve basis. A 4 hour window is provided for each location. Preferrences can be provided but not guaranteed. Bookings are pre-scheduled including email & SMS booking confirmations, and live tracking on delivery day through SMS or 'call aheads' by request only.
Not Considered Standard;
If item weight or cost exceeds the standard, items as described above. These items can be added at a portionate value of 35% of the delivery item cost in addition to the Fast Pass.
Assembly or disassembly more than 5 minutes. If required, assembly 1, 2 or 3 can be in addition to the Fast Pass.
Specific times/dates not able to be accomodated per our Standard Scheduling Guidelines or less than 4 hour delivery windows required will be considered an appointment booking and can be added at an additional cost of Appointment 1, 2 or 3 depending on the locations of the booking.
