MOVE AND DELIVERIES POLICIES

BOOKINGS, DAMAGES AND INSURANCE

All booking must be accurate according to the quoted items. Any and all charges that are incurred for misrepresented items may be charged post delivery. Please review quotes and details are accurate prior to accepting to avoid additional charges.

We take pride in you being self-assured with your items, whether new or used. All incidents must be reported during or immediately after delivery. All drivers are instructed to review damages, take photos and contact office. Please communicate these processes to the seller if you have not already done so.

All balances must be paid in full before ATLAS KINGS reviews any lost or damaged items. 

All booking will be subject to full terms and conditions outlined above. 

All bookings for used items come with standard insurance of up to $500 for damages.

Additional insurance can be included to your pricing for $55 charge to cover items up to $5000.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

BOOKING ONLINE OR OVER PHONE

All online bookings can be cancelled via email or phone to one of our agents. Contact details below:

Cancellations are not charged if notice is provided at least 24-48 hours in advance of booking. 

Cancellation notice within 24 hours may be charged, up to a maximum of 50% of total booking or $69.99 flat rate.

Cancellation notice within 3 hours of booking may be charged 50% of booking up to a maximum of 100%.

REFUNDS

If you have made a payment or deposit for a booking and you wish to cancel and request refund, you must contact a booking agent immediately.

All deposits are refundable cancelling up to 48 hours in advance of booking.

All bookings within 24 hour notice of cancellation are subject to cancellation fees of up to 50% and deposit will not be returned. If cancelling within 3 hour window, 50-100% fees may occur, deposit is not returned.

To avoid any fees, please contact your agent at your earliest convenience.

BOOKINGS POLICY

GENERAL BOOKINGS

General bookings allow us to schedule pickups easily within the schedule by offfering a larger window of drop off.

 

If booking agents are unable to schedule the booking within the 48 hours due to difficulties of customer schedules, it will remain in the queue until it can be scheduled with reasonable route efficiency for drivers while offering customers a more affordable delivery option for their large items.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are considered priority bookings which are charged as a premium service, these take precedence over the schedule and all other booking preferences.

 

If an appointment booking is chosen, yet our booking agents are not able to fulfill specifications requested for delivery such as time and date of pickup or drop off, customer may cancel with full refund, no issues. Booking agents may offer a discounted rate to accommodate partial booking specifications such as time or date, for example.
