Itemized flat-rate quotes refers to any moving, delivery and assembly services, or bundled services, compiled into one fixed price quote offered.
Our itemized quote is then broken down into line items such as service level being performed; items to be picked up, dropped off or assembled; any deductions applicable; plus any mileage, appointment or special handling request add on's all clearly outlined and priced per component..
This way, our customers review the breakdown of exactly what services, which items, what deductions apply along with why the quote adds up or is less than anticipated.

Our core operations are situated in Niagara region such as Thorold, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Grimsby (Lincoln), Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Niagara on the Lake, Welland and all surrounding areas. We recently added Winsdor, ON to our territories as well as all of the Hamilton region such as Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas and all surrounding areas. By working with new operators that can pass our stringent King Certification program, we plan to expand offering a way for other families to become owner operators while offering all services to new locations.
Our services began with moving services such as large single-item delivery, in-house delivery, furniture delivery, or other small moving service needs as well we assembly services for such items. We have recently added three new service streams to our offerings such as landscaping, laundering services for everyday living needs, space and incorporeal re-organization to better position your items, finances and mind along with sustainable energy services such as grid tied solar and battery storage benefits. All service offerings are applicable for residential and commercial applications. We are insured and have been incorporated since 2022.
